Sometimes I forget how far I've come with hooping
then I practice reverse current and suddenly I remember that once, I couldn’t even WAIST HOOP.
Reversing your current is always humbling.

Getting a replacement LED hoop.
I contacted ElectricLifeStylz and they said that if the battery is overheating it’s a wiring issue, and the hoop was probably DOA. Shouldn’t be using the hoop or the battery at all, so they’re going to send me a replacement.
ElectricLifeStylz gets points for good customer service. I’ll keep everyone updated on the longevity of this one, but I’m a little more hopeful...

Sometimes I think about how I've been hooping for...
My progress is at a standstill since I learned up hoop up from my knees in like, what, July? I feel like all I can do spin in circles sometimes. Everyone starts somewhere, but I should be a lot farther by my 3rd month from what I’ve seen. I need a more productive hoop practice.
I’m trying not to give up on something I really love. But I never feel like I’ll actually get anywhere...

I’ve taken my LED hoop out three times and dropped it maybe a handful of times, only once on a remotely hard surface.
Now it overheats and doesn’t light.
